Features

Everything between an idea and a paid student.

Five kinds of product, two apps and one checkout. This page covers what LearnKit does today, and ends with a plain list of what it doesn’t do yet.

What you can sell

Five kinds of product. One checkout.

Each one gets its own page and its own way of reaching the buyer. The buyer always pays through the same Razorpay checkout.

Course

Modules and lessons, with video and files. Students get a player that saves their progress and keeps their notes under each lesson.

  • Plays in the student’s library
  • Progress saved lesson by lesson
  • A certificate when they finish

Digital file

PDFs, ZIPs, templates and presets, uploaded straight from your browser. Large files go up in parts, so a dropped connection doesn’t start you over.

  • Downloaded from the buyer’s library
  • Each link issued to one buyer
  • Links expire on their own

Membership

A weekly, monthly or yearly price that renews through Razorpay. Your dashboard shows who is active, whose payment is being retried and who has cancelled.

  • Monthly or yearly billing
  • Renewals handled by Razorpay
  • Members cancel from their library

1:1 call

Sell a session at a fixed price. The order carries the buyer’s name and email, so you can agree a time with them directly.

  • “Book a slot” checkout
  • Calendar sync isn’t built yet

Live webinar

Sell seats for a live session. Everyone who bought is on your order list, ready for the joining link you send them.

  • Seats sold like any product
  • Zoom rooms aren’t created for you

For the person teaching

The creator dashboard, screen by screen.

Eleven screens in three groups. Press Ctrl K anywhere in it to jump to a screen or an order.

Sell

OverviewSales this month, the last twelve weeks after refunds, and your latest orders.
ProductsEvery product, draft or live. Duplicate one, or take it offline without deleting it.
OrdersSearch, export to CSV, see every fee on an order, and refund it from there.
AudienceEveryone who bought from you, what they bought and what they have spent.
ReviewsPublish, hide or reply. Nothing reaches your product page until you say so.
SubscriptionsYour members, sorted into active, retrying and cancelled.

Grow

AnalyticsRevenue by product and by the link each sale came from, counted from paid orders.
OffersCoupon codes, and a one-tap add-on offered at checkout.
AutomationsWrite a rule and preview the exact message. Rules wait until a channel is connected, and say so.

Account

PayoutsYour bank details. Automatic payouts to it aren’t switched on yet.
SettingsYour store’s name, tagline, bio and template.

For the person learning

A library built to be opened.

The half most platforms neglect. A student who finishes one course is the one who buys the next.

Pick up where you stopped

The library opens on the lesson you left, with your progress beside it.

Notes under every lesson

Write while you watch, then read every note back together on one screen.

A certificate at the end

Finish every lesson and save your certificate as a PDF.

Download again, any time

Files stay in the library, so nobody has to ask a creator for the link twice.

Receipts and refund dates

Save any receipt as a PDF, and see how long each order can still be refunded.

Your data, yours

Download everything your account holds as a file, straight from your profile.

Money and trust

The unglamorous parts, done carefully.

Fees you can check.

Every order shows the sale, the platform fee, Razorpay’s fee and the GST on both. What’s left is worked out from those lines, not quoted beside them.

Orders only the server can create.

A payment counts once the server has checked Razorpay’s signature. A browser can’t write an order, so nobody gets a course by editing a page.

Files that aren’t lying around.

Downloads go through a link issued to one buyer that expires on its own. What it doesn’t do yet: stamp names into PDFs or watermark video.

A store link that stays yours.

The first account to claim a link keeps it, and the database refuses changes to your store and products from any other account.
