Yes. At sign-up you choose whether you teach or learn, and logging in takes you to that dashboard. Creators see products, orders and their audience. Students see their library, notes and receipts.
You’re sent to your own. Open either one while logged out and you go to the login page first, then straight back to where you were headed.
Yes, with a second account. An account has one role today, and an email address can hold only one account, so the creator account needs a different email.
No. learnkit.me/yourname is the website: every product has a page and a checkout behind that one link. Custom domains aren’t built yet.
When Razorpay confirms the payment, the server checks its signature and records the order. The purchase then appears in the buyer’s library on LearnKit. The buyer gets an email confirming the order, with how to open what they bought, and it is in their library straight away. The creator gets an email about the sale. Free products are emailed as well, and buyers get an email reminder before a live session or call.
They download it again from their library. Each download link is issued to that buyer and expires on its own, and the library issues a fresh one whenever they ask.
Lessons play in the browser from the file the creator uploaded. There’s no adaptive streaming or offline download yet, so smaller video files play best on a slow connection.
UPI from any app, debit and credit cards, netbanking, and EMI on orders above ₹3,000. Memberships renew through Razorpay.
Automatic payouts to each creator’s own bank account aren’t switched on yet. Payments are collected through Razorpay, and this answer will change when payouts are automated.
Yes, on every order: the sale, the platform fee, Razorpay’s fee, the GST on both, and what’s left after them.
The fee breakdown shows the GST on fees. GST invoices and TDS reports aren’t generated yet, so keep your own records and check with your accountant.
Each creator sets it for each product, and it is shown on the product page and at checkout before anyone pays: a refund window of 3 to 30 days, case by case, or non-refundable. Buyers ask from the order in their library, which shows whether they still can. The terms set out the rest.
The creator, from the order in their dashboard, in full or in part, or they decline the request with a reason the buyer gets by email. A refunded order stops opening in the buyer’s library, and Razorpay returns the money to the original payment method.
Razorpay keeps its fee on a refunded payment, and the order shows what the refund cost.
Files are never on the open web: each download goes through a link issued to one buyer that expires on its own. That can’t stop a buyer from sharing a file they have already downloaded. Stamping names into PDFs and watermarking video aren’t built yet, so judge LearnKit on what’s live.
Material you don’t hold the rights to, books redistributed as PDFs, resale-rights bundles that exist only to be resold, and invented urgency such as seat counts that aren’t real. The terms list the rest.
